These are a great option if a daily diary is just too much for you, but you like to plan a bit more than a monthly calendar allows, and it's fantastic to be able to see your whole week at a glance.




There's also plenty of room for notes - it's a great space for those top priorities for the week, a motivational quote - not to mention those errands that must get done!

I've done these up in two versions to suit everyone, so there's an Australian/UK version with the week starting on Monday, as well as a US version with the week starting on Sunday.

Both versions are available in all four colors - Radiant Orchid, Hemlock Green, Placid Blue and Peach, and they have been designed to print as an A4 size.

Each document is around 53 pages too - so be careful when you hit print if you aren't intending to print the whole thing!

Now, I don't know about you, but things are just so busy these days, that if something's not written in my diary, it just doesn't happen.

When I don't use my diary, I miss appointments and dates all the time - something my wonderful, patient, forgiving hairdresser can attest to!

Anyway, I'm sure you won't have to regularly send chocolates to your hairdresser with these 2017 Free Printable Daily Diaries :)




Available in four colors, these diaries are set at A4 size - so if you print them off smaller, just be careful you can still write between the lines and read all the text.


When you go to print them out don't get too trigger happy with that print button though - each document is 366 pages.

THIS YEAR HAS ROLLED BY SO QUICKLY, AND ONCE AGAIN MY INBOX IS FILLING UP WITH QUESTIONS ABOUT IF AND WHEN THE 2017 PLANNERS WILL BE COMING.

Well here they are!




2017 HOME ORGANIZER COVERS:

A new year means a new planner cover! These are exactly the same as last year - I've just updated them to say 2017.






2016 ANNUAL CALENDARS:

This at-a-glance calendar is great to have in the front of your Home Organizer for easy reference.

I've made an American version with the weeks starting on a Sunday this year too, as well as the (normal :P) Australian/English one with the weeks starting on a Monday.

2016 MONTHLY CALENDARS:

These are so handy for remembering appointments and events, and again, I've done up an American and an Australian/UK version - just because I find it soooo frustrating to use US calendars - and I'm sure you US girls feel the same about using ours!

All my Classic printables are available in four colors - Radiant Orchid, Placid Blue, Hemlock Green and Peach.

They've also been designed as A4 in size - if you need to print them out differently, they will come out differently than shown above (obvious, I know!). What I mean, is to just watch out you can still read text and have enough writing space if you change the sizing :)

You can change the size they will print out as in the Adobe print options/settings panel when you go to print them :)

FOLLOWING ON FROM YESTERDAY'S PARTY POST, HERE ARE MY REMAINING FREE PRINTABLE PARTY AND ENTERTAINING PLANNERS.

These printables all work together as a mix and match set, so you can print off what you need for any event you're hosting.

7. DINNER PARTY PLANNER:

This is really simple, and you've probably seen it before in my Easter and Christmas printables.

I find it perfect for large family dinner style birthday parties.




8. BRING A PLATE PLANNER:

Over the years, we've done a lot of big extended family BBQ's either at a park or reserve, or someone's house (including one we hosted the night before our wedding... but that's a crazy story for another time lol!).

Anyway, at these events everyone says they're bringing a few things, but the more people there are, the harder it gets to remember who's bringing what, and I always end up stressing whether we'll have enough food... I'm sure you know what I mean!

And that's how this printable came about.

This is also fantastic for fundraising/charity events where a whole committee is catering - it helps to get the food organized and make sure sweet/savory etc is balanced.




9. ENTERTAINING CHECKLIST:

This is just one huge checklist you can cast your eye down to make sure you haven't forgotten anything.

The top half is more for your big party events, and the bottom specifically for BBQ's and picnics because there's soooo much to remember for those.

There's also space at the bottom to add anything you particularly like to bring, or for if you find anything I've forgotten!




10. ACTIVITIES & GAMES:

A kid's party wouldn't be a kid's party without games!

And they can add a little bit of fun to informal adult ones too!




11. SHOPPING LIST:

For food, decorations and what have you - I always find this printable very handy.




12. TO DO LIST:

And last but not least, a to-do list just for your event - because there's always loads to organize.

AT THE MOMENT, WE'RE IN THE MIDDLE OF A CRAZY BUSY RUN OF PARTIES AND EVENTS, SO I'VE DONE UP SOME FREE PRINTABLE PARTY PLANNERS TO HELP KEEP THINGS ON TRACK.

I had intended to divide these 12 free party planners into separate sets, but I think they work better as one big mix and match group; this way you can print exactly what you need for a kid's party, afternoon tea, family reunion, dinner party, and any other event you can think of.

I have, however, divided the post into two parts because it was just so long!

Let's begin.




1. ENTERTAINING SECTION COVER:

If you're keeping all your party printables in your Home Organizer, an Entertaining Section cover sheet will help you find them quickly!




2. THE QUICK PARTY PLAN:

This is a great starting point for any event, with space for a few notes on all the different planning aspects so you don't forget anything.


This can easily be used on its own, or you can use it as a summary and flesh out each aspect on a separate sheet.




3. GUEST LIST:

A must for all but the smallest do's, a guest list lets you easily tick off who you've sent invites to and who has RSVP'd.


I've included a phone/email column rather than the classic address contact, because few party invitations are mailed these days.




4. GIFT RECORD:

A great way to make sure you thank the right person for the right gift! It's especially useful for kid's parties.





5. CATERING AMOUNTS:

One of the biggest headaches people have when planning a party is figuring out how much food they need.

This little reference sheet aims to give you a guide - I did quite a bit of research on this to ensure the quantities are accurate.

That said, do use your own judgement depending on the crowd; hosting 30 CWA ladies for brunch will be quite different to hosting 30 of your teenage son's friends the morning after a party!!





6. PARTY FOOD:

I always find this planner particularly helpful - it's a list for all the dishes you're serving so you can see everything at a glance.

I added an 'amount' column, as I often end up making double or triple batches of a recipe, or, I'll have two bowls of dip at either end of the table.

I also added a column for what the dish will be served on because I always run out of serving platters!

SO TODAY I FINALLY MANAGED TO TODDLE DOWN TO THE POST OFFICE AND SEND MY NEPHEW HIS BIRTHDAY PRESENT...

For his birthday which was in June!

I am absolutely hopeless with remembering birthdays and events and getting people their presents on time.

The months just seem to fly by, and before I know it, I've forgotten another one... :(

Anyway, I know I'm not the only one who struggles with this, as I've had more requests for this printable than any other so far!

So I've finally done it up, so none of us have to buy those terrible 'belated' birthday cards anymore.



This is one of those 'fill it in once and refer to it forever' printables, and doesn't really need much explanation; just write the name/event and day under each month, pop it in your Home Organizing Folder, and you're done.

I think I'm going to transfer them all to my day planner too (along with a reminder a week or so beforehand) just to make sure I don't forget any more!
