STRAWBERRY & ROSEWATER FOOL

ROSEWATER IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE FLAVORS, AND TEAMED WITH STRAWBERRIES, IT'S A MATCH MADE IN HEAVEN!

As part of my Flavor Ideas series, this week I'm sharing five gorgeous strawberry desserts, and this Strawberry & Rosewater Fool is super quick to whip up!

This is lovely delicate dessert, and the scent of the rosewater is just amazing! I like to serve it with a few whole strawberries, as well as some Italian Savoiardi or sugared biscuits to add a little bit of texture!




TO MAKE:

To make it, puree some strawberries and sweeten with caster sugar. Whip some cream until stiff, and add a few drops of rosewater.

Fold in puree - a spoonful at a time, until the mixture is to your taste and can still hold it's shape. Spoon into glasses and refrigerate until ready to serve.
