INTRODUCING IRMA: THE NEW FREE PRINTABLES FOR 2016
IT'S BEEN PRETTY QUIET ON THE BLOG THESE LAST FEW MONTHS, BUT BEHIND THE SCENES I'VE BEEN DESIGNING MY LITTLE HEART OUT PUTTING TOGETHER SOME NEW PRINTABLE SETS!
I may have gotten a little carried away (as I do) and ended up with a dozen new designs which I'll be offering free here on the blog, and in my new Etsy store.
That's right - the Etsy store is on it's way!
(Sign up to my email updates in the sidebar there to be the first to know when it opens!)
But today I'd like to share with you my new free printable set for 2016 which I've christened Irma.
This year I wanted something clean and fresh, girly yet not too fussy... and I think Irma fits the bill beautifully.
I've been loving calligraphy fonts for ages - especially in simple black and white, so that was a must have for the new free printables set. And when I found this little inky heart (you can see the texture in the image below), it was a perfect match.
All the printables are available in six different shades, and all are fairly on trend at the moment, so if you're looking for coordinating stationery and stickers, it shouldn't be too hard.
I know lots of you like to decorate and customize your planners and make them your own unique creations, and others like to keep them minimalist and simple, and I think you'll find Irma will meet a happy midpoint.
My Classic Free Printables were just ridiculously popular, and I'll be revamping and fine tuning the design of many of the pages to make the Irma set more useful too.
AND I ALMOST FORGOT!
The Irma Planners will be available in both A4 and A5 sizes!
So many people have requested half size planners that I just had to include both sizes this time around.
Today you can download the planner covers and section dividers, and I'll be posting more sets every fortnight or so (I can only go so fast lol!).
1. PLANNER COVERS:
UPDATED!!! FOR 2017 COVERS, CALENDARS & PLANNERS - CLICK HERE!
There are four different cover designs in each color, and these look gorgeous printed on the heaviest card stock your printer can manage.
I find 220gsm - 250gsm works well, and I always prefer a matt finish to satin or gloss as this really lends itself to white space and makes the simple designs pop. (I adore negative space in design lol - less is more is it not?)
2. SECTION DIVIDERS:
I've also done up a bunch of different section dividers to help you keep your planner organized, and they include the following ones:
- beauty
- blog
- calendar
- contacts
- craft
- finances
- garden
- health
- hobbies
- house
- housework
- knitting
- meals
- medical
- notes
- party
- planner
- projects
- recipes
- school
- sewing
- to do
- work
Not all of these section dividers will correlate to me doing a specific set of printables e.g. work, hobbies etc., however they are common ways people divide their planners and should be rather useful; in my work section I just have loads of to-do lists, notes pages and contacts.
So there we go - just scroll down to find the download links :)
In my next post I'll be featuring four new free printable daily planners, so make sure you sign up for my post updates below to be the first to know when they're available.
All the best,
Eliza.
P.S. If you use and love my classic planners, don't stress - they'll still be available and updated for quite some time yet!
