FREE PRINTABLE IRMA CONTACT LISTS
EVERY PLANNER SHOULD HAVE SPACE TO KEEP TRACK OF THOSE IMPORTANT CONTACTS YOU NEVER WANT TO BE WITHOUT.
Even if you already have them in your phone, it's always a good idea to keep a paper copy; we all know people who's phones have taken an unexpected swim in the bath, been put through the washing machine, or just left on top of the car!
Today I'm featuring my new Free Printable Irma Contact Lists, which are a super easy way to organize all your contacts so you can find them when you need them!
1. EMERGENCY CONTACTS
This one is a must for everyone! It's a good idea to have the emergency hotline (000 in Australia, 911 in the US), as well as direct lines to your local police and fire stations, your doctor's surgery, hospital etc.
I also keep numbers like Nurses on Call and poisons information here, which are handy when you have kids.
As as we live in Country Victoria which is prone to both flooding and bushfires, I keep the CFA and VicRoads fire and floodwatch information lines and websites here too.
2. FRIENDS & FAMILY
Here you'll find space for all the details of friends and family.
There's plenty of space to use one or two lines per contact, and the 'details' tab can be used for email or street addresses.
I always find this list invaluable at Christmas time when I'm sending out my Christmas Cards.
3. BUSINESSES
This page is for jotting down the details of local businesses you rely on, so they're on hand when you need to make an appointment.
My page has details of our gardeners, drycleaners, the hairdresser, beauty salon, mechanic, plumber, electrician, locksmith, windscreen repairs, the local taxi company and a few of our favorite takeaway shops.
4. ORGANIZATIONS
Most people are part of quite a few local organizations, think school and church groups, sporting and interest clubs or charitable and action committees - and it's always good to have their contact details on hand.
So there we go!
